INDIVIDUAL SELLERS, i.e. Those clearing out the shed and want to sell that mountain bike that they brought to get fit 5 Christmas's ago can do for FREE, Free to List, and Free to Sell. Once the bike has been brought by someone via Buuy.co.uk you simply pay PayPals fee's and that's it. Sale complete. 0% Commission to Buuy.co.uk.
OPENING A STORE, Ideally if you're a business or if you have a lot of items to sell that you'd like to split into your own categories, then opening a store is the choice for you!
Opening a store on Buuy.co.uk is 100% FREE, Free to Open, No Monthly Fees, Nothing! Plus you can list up to 5,000,000 products on your store at any one time!!
Just like the individual sellers, there is no % Sales Commission, its set to 0% across all categories regarding of item being sold and price sold for, you just have to pay Paypals charges - sorry!
How do I register?

Is it Free to join Buuy.co.uk?
Yes. No sign up fee's nothing.
Can I change my Password?
Members Area > My Account , then scroll to the bottom. Enter in the new password, confirm by re-entering it. Click "Proceed".
Does Buuy have an App on iOS / Android / Windows etc?
Not yet, we're working on it, but the entire site is mobile friendly and tablet friendly.
I'm an individual but want a "store" how do I get one?
Members Area > Store . Then choose which subscription you want based on your needs, simply click the store and its yours, its that simple. Then just fill in the Store Name, Logo, Category, Meta Description, Custom Categories then press Proceed. You'll then see that the store is currently disabled, simply click "Enable". Your store is then Live on Buuy.co.uk.
Can I view Buuy in another language?
We're working on it. But English is the universal language!
I no longer want to receive Newsletters, how do I stop it?
Members Area > My Account , scroll to the bottom, untick the "Subcribe to Newsletter" box, then click "Proceed"
I want to change what emails I get - how and where?
Members Area > My Account > Email Notification. Then simply enable / disabled the emails you wish to receive or not.
Can I see everything I've done?
Members Area > My Account > Account History.
I need to change my address, telephone number etc - how and where?
Members Area > My Account > Personal Information
How do I become a verified user?
In order to become a Verified User on Buuy.co.uk, users will be required to complete the Address Registration step to be verified. The account once checked will be made a verified account.
Where do I find what I have purchased from Buuy?
Members Area > Buying > Purchases
Where do I find what products I'm currently bidding on?
Members Area > Buying > Current Bids
Where do I find details of the products I've made offers on?
Members Area > Buying > Offers
I've added products to my wishlist, where is it?
Members Area > Buying > Buyer Tools > Wishlist
I like a store, can I add it to my favourites?
Sure, when you're on the store itself, you'll see a button labelled "Add to Favourites" - simply press it. It will then say that the store is now on your favourites list.
Where do I find what products I'm selling?
Members Area > Selling > Open
Where do I find all the products I've sold?
Members Area > Selling > Closed
I want to allow people to ask questions on my listing - how and where?
Members Area > Selling > Global Settings > Accept Public Questions - Tick box, click "Submit" to save.
Really, No Commission at all on sales?
Yes, that is correct, regardless of item sold or price sold for, there is nothing to pay Buuy.co.uk, the only cost you have to pay, is the charge from PayPal.
Where can I set up the postage?
Members Area > Selling > Seller Tools > Postage Setup
I've blocked users - where I can see who I've blocked?
Members Area > Selling > Seller Tools > Blocked Users
I want to offer a voucher on a listing / all listings etc - how and where?
Members Area > Selling > Seller Tools > Seller Vouchers
I want to sell an eBook - Can I?
Yes of course. Unlike other platforms we accept "digital downloads" but only in the current formats : doc, docx, xls, xlsx, txt, zip, tar, gz, exe and pdf.
I've purchased an eBook - where is it?
Members Area -> Buying -> Purchases
Do you accept .epub (Kindle, etc) as an eBook extension?
Currently No, we suggest you convert your .epub file to .pdf using an online converter, then upload to the listing under the Digital Downloads upload section as normal.
Where can I see how many downloads of my eBook there have been?
Members Area -> Selling -> Sales
I want to show how many people have viewed my listing - how and where?
Members Area > Selling > Seller Tools > Global Settings. Tick the box labelled "Visitors Counter" , click "Submit" to save.
I want to show the "Listing watched by" box on the listings page - how and where?
Members Area > Selling > Seller Tools > Global Settings. Tick the box labelled "Display "Listing watched by" Box" , click "Submit" to save.
I want to limit the number of bids / Offers per user on my auction product - how and where?
Members Area > Selling > Seller Tools > Global Settings. Enter a positive number into the box if you wish to only allow bidders a certain number of bids / offers on a item for sale. Or leave blank is disable this feature.
I want to allow people to make an offer of products that I allow this service on - how and where?
Members Area > > Selling > Seller Tools > Global Settings. Click the box labelled as "Show Offer Ranges" , click "Submit" to save.
I'm going on holiday for a while - can I put my account / listings etc in to holiday mode?
Members Area > > Selling > Seller Tools > Global Settings. Click the box labelled as "Vacation Mode" , click "Submit" to save.
Where are all the details concerning my store?
Members Area > Store
Where is the URL Link for my store?
Members Area > Store . You'll see "Store URL" in Bold, under it is your store url. You can use this URL to promote your store across Social Media etc.
Where can I edit the store description?
Members Area > Store . Scroll down to see "Store Description". Add an unlimited worded description here, but we'd suggest no more than 100 words in total. Click "Proceed" to save.
Where can I change my store logo?
Members Area > Store . Scroll down to see "Store Logo" , simply upload your logo. Click "Proceed" to save.
What size is best for my store logo?
The best size is no bigger than 75 x 75 pixels.
I would like to change the category that my store best fits - how and where?
Members Area > Store . Scroll down to see "Store Category" - simply click "Select Category" and then choose the best category / sub-category that your store fits best in. Click "Proceed" to save.
I want to add in a Meta Description for my store - how and where?
Members Area > Store . Scroll to the bottom to see "Store Meta Description" . Enter a 115 max character description for your store. This is the part that will be picked up by global search engines. Click "Proceed" to save.
The category I want to use isn't available, can it be created for me?
Sure, if you're unable to select the main parent category that best suits your item(s), please contact us and we'll do our best to get this sorted for you.
I want to add my custom categories for my store that best suit my products - how and where?
Members Area > Store . Scroll to the bottom of the page and see "Custom Categories". Choose which categories you want to add into your store for your own products. Click "Proceed" to save.
I want to add in extra "custom categories" for my custom categories, such as
"Toys" > "Boys" etc - how and where?
Members Area > Store > Custom Categories . Simply find the main category you wish to expand on, i.e. "Toys" click the icon to the left that looks like 3 squares under a single square and it will take you to another page. On this page simply enter the different sub-categories of your main category, i.e. "Boys" , "Girls" , "Baby" etc. Then once happy click "Update" at the bottom to save.

Someone has left me feedback on a listing - where do I see it?

Do you have an affiliate scheme?
